Ray Titus is one of the few people who can honestly say that franchising runs in his family.
The son of franchise pioneer Roy Titus, he began his career as a marketing representative another franchise system, a 800-franchise family business his father founded in 1974.
In 1987, Ray helped Roy establish the SIGN-A-RAMA franchise, where he initially served as executive vice president. He became president in 1995 and has been instrumental in helping guide the company’s dramatic expansion into 25 countries and nearly |

every U.S. state. In 2000, Ray established another successful franchise known as EmbroidMe, a full-service embroidery, screen-printing and promotional products company that now has nearly 100 stores in 26 states.
He is an active member of many civic and professional organizations, including: NOVA Southeastern University’s Strategic Advisory Board, the Franchiser Association of Florida (where he is vice president) and the International Franchise Association (where he serves as chairman for CEO/Presidents’ meetings). |

J.J. Prendamano is often described as SIGN-A-RAMA’s “head mentor.” Since joining the company in 1991, he has effectively launched and managed many of our key projects, including the World Expo, the Executive Training Seminars , and our most recent initiative, the Global Accounts program. This program which he claims will be a "blockbuster program that will feed a large volume of business to owners who find it hard-pressed to acquire on their own."

education, both inside and outside of the office and has spearheaded learning programs for all levels of employees, both in corporate and in the field. The Executive Training Seminars, (ETS), a 3-day training program for SIGN-A-RAMA employees, held twice a year at corporate headquarters, exemplifies the progress we've made in continuing education.
Prior to joining SIGN-A-RAMA he spent 21 years with General Electric Company, where he managed more than $35 million in consumer sales and was responsible for 13 branches and over 100 employees. |

Nick Bruckner

A former professional athlete, Nick Bruckner has spent the majority of his career in the sign-making field.
Since joining SIGN-A-RAMA in January 1989, he has served in many positions from a marketing representative to his current role as vice president of sales, a position that involves working with all domestic regional vice presidents and overseeing the company’s royalties department. He also has worked with U.S. franchise owners to teach them the company’s marketing program and played a role as regional vice president for the Southeast area. |
